Tom Engen and his wife and a friend bought and restored a house in one of the larger fishing villages and opened an eatery called Heaven and Harbor. The Lofoten Islands are an archipelago near the northwestern coast of Scandinavia. They are known for delicious fresh seafood and picturesque fishing villages.
