After renovation, three generations now live happily together, Bavaria, Germany

A family renovation successfully brings three generations under one roof. Design considerations were presented by everyone, a rule at the outset, and the challenge was in creating both privacy and proximity. The original structure was cleverly rearranged maximizing space, privacy and energy efficiency.
